Fran Trauma Counselling is a sole trader service operated by Fran Nguyen, based in the United Kingdom. I provide trauma counselling and related wellbeing services to individual clients.

I offer one-to-one trauma counselling and mental wellbeing support, which may be delivered in person, via phone, or online (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms).

Please note:

- Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service.

- I do not provide medical diagnosis or prescribe medication.

- Counselling outcomes are not guaranteed and vary per individual.

- You must be over 18 to access services unless written consent is provided by a parent or guardian.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked via direct contact, an enquiry form, or a third-party booking system.

Payment Terms:

- Payment is required in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed.

- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.

- Invoices may be issued upon request.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, may be charged in full at our discretion.

If I must cancel or reschedule a session, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during counselling sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with professional ethical standards.

Exceptions include:

- Where required by law or a court order

- If there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person

- Where there is a safeguarding concern

Full details of confidentiality practices will be outlined in the client agreement prior to your first session.

5. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:

- Upload or transmit harmful or malicious content

- Attempt to access restricted areas or data

- Impersonate another person or provide false information

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or take legal action against misuse.
